Objective: Create a compelling, brand-right and cost-efficient rewards program for school librarians in an industry where rewards programs are not prevalent.
Solution: re:member group developed and manages Capstone Rewards, where Member-Librarians can earn points toward future Capstone titles, offering unrestricted earning and redemption potential. The Program is easy to navigate and allows the Client to segment all their customers (Members and Non-Members) to market to them accordingly. Capstone Rewards allows Members to maintain stored profiles and preferences, receive email communications for what is important to them, and special offers. In a distribution channel industry, Capstone now has the capability to communicate directly to their main constituents and the influencers of the purchases.
