Initiative: Heinemann-Raintree Honors Club

Objective: Offer a turn-key approach to loyalty marketing.

Solution: Owned and operated by Coughlan Companies, Heinemann-Raintree wanted to capitalize on the success of the Capstone Rewards program and offer teachers rewards for their book purchases.  re:member group developed Heinemann-Raintree Honors Club, where teachers can earn points toward future titles.  With re:member group’s Shadow® reporting suite, Raintree can gauge the effectiveness of its loyalty campaigns in real-time.
