Initiative: Mathews Rewards and The Mathews Minute

Objective: Build Mathews' brand identity through compelling e-Newsletters and a state-of-the-art loyalty program.

Solution: re:member group developed a ground breaking points program where Customers can earn cash rebates on their next bow purchase by shopping online at over 400 merchant retailers. re:member group built the entire system to spec based on Mathew’s unique needs, in order to communicate to each customer on a personal level.  Membership has increased 100% YOY since 2005, and engagement has increased 40% in that same time-frame. The Mathews Minute was incorporated to effectively communicate with Members with their points balance, special Mathews offers and interesting news for their constituents. A single Mathews Minute campaign can have up over 5 variations, depending on the customers’ requests.
