Objective: Build an industry-leading loyalty program to reduce attrition, increase lift in spend, and increase customer acquisition.
Solution: re:member group developed and manages the Superior Car Club on our Aspire® and Apex® platforms. The Superior Car Club is a tiered loyalty program where Members can earn points toward their next vehicle by completing service at our Client’s organizations. Car-buying Elite Members receive special Benefits at the dealer and nationwide when they show their Superior Car Club Membership Card. Discounts merchants include gas, car washes, restaurants, golf and travel.
