Initiative: Walser Rewards Newsletter
Objective: Revamp the design and delivery of Walser Rewards eNewsletter for increased engagement.
Solution: The original Walser Rewards e-newsletter contained generic, static information and was sent to all members. The re:member group was challenged with developing a more relevant, customized, timely and useful e-newsletter that would be easily accessible for recipients and consistent with Walser’s brand standards. Using our Arrow® platform, the redesign incorporated the development of dynamic messages containing information specific to each member, such as points activity, tier levels, preferences and more. Content within the newsletter is organized in quick-view configurations to limit scrolling and maintain intuitive navigation.
